''Award Winning Professional Service Since 1978'
Conscientious, patient, thorough, energetic and enthusiastic - specializing in the North Shore and Vancouver's Inner City Neighbourhoods: the West End, Strathcona, the' Drive' and Kitsilano
My years of experience have provided a wide variety of situations to develop problem solving skills and created an excellent working knowledge to approach any new situation. I've done apartment assemblies for developers, sold strata. leasehold and coop apartments, handled estate sales, worked with first time buyers, retirees and seasoned negotiators, sold recreational cabins on Hollyburn mountain, and even waterfront property. I love my work as each day is unique with new experiences, challenges and clients.
An Education graduate of the University of British Columbia I taught French and Art throughout BC. for nine years - in Kelowna, Hazelton, Powell River, Coquitlam, and West Vancouver. I even taught in London England and travelled extensively in Europe and the Middle East. I've been a licenced realtor since 1978 and always try to continually update my skills including studying to be an agent. This background has enabled me to be a good communicator with an emphasis on good research to allow my clients to make informed decisions. Living and working as a Realtor in Beaconsfield Quebec for 6 years has added another level of experience in both official languages.
I've chosen to work with Royal LePage Northshore because it is affiliated with a strong National Canadian Company. There is a high profile web site www.royallepage.ca with interactive street level mapping, national advertising, energetic backup support including royallepageuniversity.com and an extensive referral system partly based on a liason with Royal Lepage Relocation which has hundreds of corporate clients. We also support the Shelter Foundation and raise funds for this important charity. This year we are again sponsoring a gala silent auction and fashion show for this purpose. We also supported the Festival of Lights at Dundarave Pier in December with a company Christmas tree.
